Echo Bowling Lanes/Crossfire Laser Tag

The purpose of this contract is to confirm the reservation, which has been reached between Echo Bowling Lanes (company) and you, the customer, for a birthday party to take place on the date you're booking for on this website at exactly the time you've chosen. Echo Bowling Lanes shall put forth its best efforts to provide services and facilities to customer. It is necessary that the parties here enter into this agreement to set for the rights and obligations of the parties.

The parties agree to as follows:

1. Customer agrees to make a deposit of $50.00 to reserve the date and time of the Birthday Party, to be deducted from the balance due at the completion of the party.

2. Customer agrees to the exact date and time of the event and will be present at Echo Bowling Lanes accordingly.

3. Customer will have 15 minutes set up time prior to the birthday party, unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Customer is allowed to bring in a cake. No drinks/snacks will be permitted to be brought into the premises.

5. Birthday Party lanes will be turned on at the exact time that the party is scheduled.

6. We allow 1 pizza for every 3 party participants included in the package. Amount of pizzas will be dispersed per management discretion. Any additional pizzas that exceed the allotted amount will be charged $7/each.

7. Any adults bowling will be considered part of the party unless otherwise stipulated. Any adult bowling not wishing to be part of the party must pre-pay for games and shoe rental.

8. We are holding the Birthday customer responsible for all excess charges.

9. Termination of this contract must be 24 hours prior to event or deposit is non-refundable

10. All payments must be made in cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted.
